Yuri Norstein

One of my favorite fellers, Stefan Gruber, just invited me to go see Yuri Norstein in Olympia next month. (Thank you Stefan!!!!!)  If you get a chance to go see Mr. Norstein present his work your eyes will receive great riches and your heart will climb a ladder.  I know he is also visiting USC and SF, not sure where else...  If you aren't familiar with his work, you can see it here in a miniature compressed incomparable representation, but if you can see it screened big and on film, oh my oh my, that's is something else completely!  Live a little!

This one is a heart ladder for sure.  Made in 1975!
