What is the IPRC?

I volunteer at the IPRC here in Portland. If you are wondering what the heck is the IPRC maybe you would like to watch this mini-documentary to find out!  I did a little window display for the IPRC in Reading Frenzy that you see in the video..lots of felt.  I am working on a mural in the new IPRC conference room this weekend alongside some LOVELY lettering adorned with gold leaf done by B.T.   I'll post a picture one of these days.
